We recorded this album in April of 2011 @ Entheos Audio in Seattle, WA over the course of 5 days. Tracking was done mostly live with some songs being 1st takes and others being somewhat more elusive. Some guitar and vocals were laid @ Pyramix Studios in AZ during a memorable 1 day over-dub-athon.
For us, making this album was a welcome catharsis as we had been a band for all of 13 weeks at the time and were anxious to hit the ground running with an honest representation of what we could pull off when we get cookin'. Granted, it's rarely as simple as merely hitting the "record/play" button and the guys @ Entheos saw to the fact that our sonic vision made it to tape.
We hope you find something within this album that you can connect with and enjoy. It is exactly what we were then as well as a strong suggestion of what we are now. Thx for listening and take care. - cliff
